罗鹏，浙江温州人，中共党员，博⼠研究⽣，就职于温州医科⼤学附属第⼆医院，具有浙江省美容主诊资格，掌握美容缝合、⼿外科、创⾯常规⼿术；擅长⾻科疾病包括脊柱、关节及创伤的相关疾病的诊治；掌握⼉童、成⼈创伤⾻折、⾻折不愈合、⾻感染相关⼿术，⾻折⼿法复位、⾻科运动损伤及⾻科术后康复治疗。
